What AI does well and where it falls short (this matters more than which tool you use). Then we look at your own role, task by task, and decide where AI helps and where your judgment needs to stay.
Your rules, and where you grow next
Your own rules for any task or new release: where AI gets to help, and how good its output must be before your name goes on it. You'll also decide when you tell people you used AI. Then we look ahead. Some skills you'll protect on purpose. Others you'll start building now.
Build your AI growth playbook
We turn it all into a plan for owning your AI learning. You start from a simple template, so you're never facing a blank page. Along the way you set up 10+ skills, plugins or prompts personalized to your work, ready for ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude. When a new tool shows up, your playbook comes with you.
You work through each part in small groups, and I coach the group live. Often, hearing someone else's situation is what makes your own click.
Then, five days of practice. Each morning after the workshop, you get one short email with a small thing to try, so your playbook gets better with real use. You can reply to me directly with whatever comes up.
You also join The Human × Tech community: a space to keep learning with the people from your cohort, share what's working, and ask questions as new tools land.

Hi! I'm Oumaima Talouka, AI Advisor, Co-Active trained Leadership Coach, and founder of The Human × Tech Inc.
I spent over a decade at Microsoft, Siemens and Air France-KLM working across engineering, product and Responsible AI. I also lead as Regional Director at The AI Collective across Africa and the Middle East.
I help people and teams understand AI, put it to work with confidence, and figure out not only where it belongs, but also how to grow and navigate the professional opportunities and challenges in this AI-shaped era.

FAQ
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. If you can write an email, you're ready. Everything we set up together is no-code.
Which AI tool do we use?
Whichever one you have. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or none yet. We'll talk about the tools as they stand today, and your playbook works with any of them.
I already use AI a lot. Is this too basic?
Heavy users often get the most out of Part 2. They're usually the ones checking everything twice. Most find they check less once their quality bar is clear.
Will this be outdated in six months?
The tools will change (probably by next month). You'll know how to update your playbook when they do.
Do I have to share my work with strangers?
Only what you're comfortable with. Breakout rooms aren't recorded and cameras are optional. You can talk about your work without naming a client or your company.
Can my company pay?
Often, yes. After you sign up, email hello@thehumanxtech.com and we'll send you an invoice and a short letter you can send your manager.
What if I can't make it?
Everyone gets the recording. And if that doesn't work for you, you get a full refund up to 24 hours before your session.
I run my own business. Is this for me?
Yes. Nobody hands you AI rules, so you'd be writing your own anyway. This gives you a head start.
